At TETMET, we reason purely from lattice design. Lattices, and architectured materials, have been long studied in materials science and are considered as the most efficient to structure materials.
Producing lattices was complicated and costly, especially for large structures and large quantities. It required manual assembly, 3d printing or wasteful conventional machining. That is why all this knowledge was mostly staying in the research labs.
TETMET has developed an innovative process to produce large scale lattices in an efficient and automated way; for applications in many industries such as Automotive, Aviation, Defense, and Energy.
Adaptive Spatial Lattice Manufacturing (ASLM) enables the decentralized production of lightweight, strong, large structures, using minimum amounts of materials, energy and machinery.

Involved with architectured materials for the past 15 years, ASLM felt like a pivotal moment. It bridges the gap between intricate material design and the industrial world, opening new horizons in sustainable manufacturing.
